At Cajou Paris, orders are prepared with care. They are usually handed over to the carrier within 3 business days following purchase confirmation.
During periods of high demand, especially Black Friday, Christmas, or Mother’s Day, delivery times may exceptionally change. For any urgent request, our customer service team is available at contact@cajouparis.com.
As soon as your order is shipped, an email including your tracking number allows you to track your parcel through to delivery.
Delivery
- France, Spain, and Portugal: delivery generally takes place within one to two days.
- Other destinations in the European Union and Switzerland: please allow up to four days.
- International orders: delivery is estimated at between two and four days depending on the destination country.
