At Cajou Paris, each personalized makeup bag is prepared with care. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, especially at Christmas or around Mother’s Day, preparation time may be slightly longer. Our team remains available at contact@cajouparis.com.
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
Delivery
- France, Spain, and Portugal: orders generally arrive within one to two days.
- Other European Union countries and Switzerland: please allow up to four days for delivery.
- Outside the European Union: the estimated delivery time is two to four days depending on the destination country.
What is the return policy for a personalized bag?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To start the process, contact our customer service team at contact@cajouparis.com. Returned products must be clean, unused, and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized, embroidered, or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
