At Cajou Paris, each personalized Christmas gift is made with care to arrive under the tree at just the right time. Orders leave our workshops within 3 business days after validation.
During periods of high demand, especially before Christmas or Mother’s Day, preparation time may be a little longer. If you need your order urgently, write to us at contact@cajouparis.com to choose the most suitable shipping option.
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing its tracking number.

- France, Spain, and Portugal: your order is generally delivered within one to two days.
- Other European Union countries and Switzerland: delivery may take up to four days.
