At Cajou Paris, each customizable pouch is made and then carefully checked before dispatch. Your order leaves our workshops within 3 business days after confirmation.
During the busiest periods, especially at Christmas or in the run-up to Mother’s Day, the preparation time may be slightly longer. Our customer service team remains available at contact@cajouparis.com for any urgent order.
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email with its tracking number is sent to you.

- France, Spain, and Portugal: orders are usually delivered within one to two days.
- European Union and Switzerland: delivery may take up to four days.
