Each order, processed at our Cajou Paris workshop, is carefully prepared and sent within three business days of confirmation.

During busy periods, such as Mother’s Day or Christmas, this timeframe may be slightly extended. For urgent requests, our customer service team is available at contact@cajouparis.com.

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery

• France, Spain, and Portugal: delivery typically takes one to two days.
• Rest of the European Union and Switzerland: allow up to four days.
• International shipments: delivered in two to four days, depending on the destination.

What Is the Return Policy for Customizable Cotton Pouches?

From the time of delivery, you have fourteen days to initiate a return request.
