At Cajou Paris, each personalized Christmas gift is made with care to arrive under the tree at just the right time. Orders leave our workshops within 3 business days after validation.

During periods of high demand, especially before Christmas or Mother’s Day, preparation time may be a little longer. If you need your order urgently, write to us at contact@cajouparis.com to choose the most suitable shipping option.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing its tracking number.

Delivery

• France, Spain, and Portugal: your order is generally delivered within one to two days.
• Other European Union countries and Switzerland: delivery may take up to four days.
• International deliveries: please usually allow between two and four days.

What is the return policy for personalized Christmas gifts?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return eligible items.

To submit your request, contact our customer service team at contact@cajouparis.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no stains, signs of use, marks, or damage. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
