What are the shipping and delivery times before Christmas?

At Cajou Paris, we do our utmost to ensure that your embroidered Christmas gift is prepared in time for the holidays. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.

During very busy periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas, preparation times may be slightly longer. For any urgent order, contact us at contact@cajouparis.com to check shipping options before Christmas.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you so you can follow its journey.

Delivery

• France, Spain, or Portugal: please allow one to two days for delivery.
• Rest of the EU or Switzerland: delivery may take up to four days.
• Other destinations: delivery time is generally between two and four days.

What is the return policy for embroidered Christmas gifts?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.

To make a return request, contact our customer service team at contact@cajouparis.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no stains or damage. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Personalized or custom-made creations cannot be exchanged or refunded.
