At Cajou Paris, each pouch is carefully checked before leaving our workshops. Once your order has been confirmed, it is usually handed over to the carrier within 3 business days.

- France, Spain, and Portugal: orders generally arrive within one to two days.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start the process, contact our customer service team at contact@cajouparis.com. Returned products must be clean, intact, and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized creations, such as pouches embroidered with a first name or initials, cannot be returned or refunded.
